Responsibilities:

Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements.

Oversea the Input financial data into accounting software and maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.

Accurately record and maintain financial
Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
Participate in financial audit's , record account payable and account receivable

Defining local end user pricing strategy in collaboration with the local commercial team

Develop and implement new administrative systems such as recording holidays, sicknesses, and registrations for SSSC and PVG.

Oversee recruitment, background checks, and induction, update job descriptions, ensuring that the interviewee has all relevant paperwork and interviews are organised.

Work alongside the payroll officer ensuring that all information is available, for payroll i.e. mileage, sleepovers, calls absences, time sheets, leavers and new starts.

Suggest improvements in order to further develop the organisation's Processes

Serve as the face of the company when attending business events and conferences

Manage the communication and public relations of the organisation
On occasion may be required to work

monitor the financial performance of active grants/contracts and provide projections/updates to PIs to verify the proper distribution of resources and use of funds;

provide financial analysis and oversight on complex matters and prepare

work closely with the senior financial officer to administer and oversee complex pre- and post-award sponsored program activities.

Requirements:

First degree in finance or related discipline
Proven experience in accounting and financial management, with a track record of success in a managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting standards.
Excellent business judgment, analytical, and

Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
Proven experience in accounting decision-making skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Proficiency in Microsoft

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦400,000.00 - ₦600,000.00 per month
